I love these honeycrisp apples. They are organic. I like them best in a smoothie. Throw them in with some spinach, ground flaxseed, water and ice. The sweetness of the apple makes it so tasty. And it is packed full of nutrients and is super filling.
Organic sweet potatoes, bananas and honeydew. I have been reading a lot about the mighty sweet potato. They have a ton of fiber…and lots of vitamins and minerals. I have been air frying them. So good!
Organic lettuce, peppers, carrots and garbanzo beans. This salad gave me lots of fiber, vitamins, minerals and protein. I mixed some olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the dressing.
I made hummus for the first time. It was pretty good. I even used organic tahini. My dippers were veggies and grain crackers.
Sam and I love grits. I have been wanting to try this McEwen & Sons line. When I saw they were organic, I grabbed a bag. They were tasty.
